MESSAGE FROM STEVE
Hi all!
Just thought I'd let you all know that for the 3rd year in a row, I'll be
performing with "A Walk Down Abbey Road" once again this year. This
year's only shows (so far) are next Saturday & Sunday, June 12th &
13th in Atlantic City @ the Hilton's Grand Ballroom. This is the same venue
as the last 2 years in A.C., and the line-up will be the same as last year:
Todd Rundgren, Christopher Cross, Denny Laine (Wings/Moody Blues), Joey Molland
(Badfinger) & of course Alan Parsons. The band for all of the artisits
will be the same as last year's band, which is the current Alan Parsons Live
Project band: Godfrey Townsend (gtr) Manny Focorazzo (keys) John Montagna
(bass) and Steve Murphy (drums).
Although I'm hopeful for a tri-state Alan Parsons show some day soon, nothing
has been scheduled as of yet. So as of now, this is the closest i'll be performing
with Alan or any major artist.
I'd love to see all of you there.
Take care,
Steve

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM MURPHONICS!
Been so long since we updated the site. Thanks for your patience. Hope everyone had a great Holiday!
Steve returned from tour dates in Spain just in time for two intense weeks in sunny South Florida. We
managed to cut some tracks for an Auto USA jingle for our friends at TNT Productions in Boca while
he was here. Take a listen to the finished radio spot on the MP3 page. We're producing the radio
campaign for Joe Bonamassa's upcoming 50-city Blues In The Schools tour. Nobody's Fault
finished up a four-night stint at Cheers that started with the huge New Year's Eve Bash!
Be sure to check out pictures and upcoming dates on the NBF Website!
Our friend and hero Will Owsley finally released the long awaited follow-up to his incredible 1999
release "Owsley". The new record entitled "The Hard Way" is available now at the Owsley site. We
encourage you to order it (only $10.00!) online and support this amazingly talented musician! You
won't be disappointed. Expect big things from Will with this new record!
The Ft. Lauderdale Murphonics Studio just completed a full ProTools upgrade to 6.1.1 with more
bells and whistles! We're mastering with the awesome Waves L2 and we've upgraded the mixing console.
Steve will be heading overseas with The Alan Parsons Live Project for some more Winter and Spring
shows. Check back soon for details and tour dates. We resolve in the new year to keep updating the
Murphonics site on a more regular basis. Best wishes to all and welcome to all new visitors!
